1. How to ask for deletion
Email info@bemeljufarms.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Tell us your name, the phone number or email you used with us, and what you want deleted (customer account, quote requests, offers to sell, job application, or data linked to Instagram/TikTok). Never send a password or code.
We may contact you to check that the request really comes from you.
2. What we delete
- Your customer account and contact details, your messages, quote requests and offers to sell.
- Your job application and CV, if you applied to work with us.
- Anything we keep about an Instagram or TikTok account connected to our website (account ID, display name, access tokens).
4. How long it takes
We handle requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
5. What we must keep
Ghanaian law requires us to keep some records (invoices, payments, accounts) for several years. In that case we remove everything that is not needed and keep the rest secure until the legal period ends.

3. Instagram and TikTok
Our website only connects to BeMelJu Farms’ own Instagram and TikTok accounts, to publish our videos. It does not collect data about people who follow or comment on us. To remove any app’s access, go to your Instagram or TikTok account settings (Apps and websites).
